The City of La Crosse Parks and Recreation Department is searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to add to our summer camp staff! As a Day Camp Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of a vibrant and engaging day camp program. You will create a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun during their summer break. Your role involves supervising campers, leading recreational activities, promoting teamwork, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. We are currently looking for Nature Day Camp Leaders at Pettibone Park, starting Monday, June 10th - Friday, August 2nd!

• Hours: Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm
• Planning, organizing, and implementing youth activities such as outdoor games, kayaking, archery, fishing, sand volleyball, swimming, and crafts kids ages 6-12 in large groups

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• La Crosse, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
