The Business Systems Analysts (BSA) function requires a background in Information Technology and/or basic workforce experience in analysis and problem solving. The BSA must be self-motivated and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
OPEN REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years' experience of computer programming or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

- Experience with court case management system or other Clerk-wide system is preferred.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:- A valid driver's license is required prior to appointment and must be maintained during employment in this class.
- Must qualify for prior to appointment, obtain, and maintain during employment in this class a City of Jacksonville Public Driver Certification.
