POSITION: Under close supervision, provides planning, zoning, and development information to the public; compiles and reviews planning data; conducts site inspections and field surveys related to the proposed development or other planning projects.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work is primarily performed in an office environment, may require frequent standing, walking, and bending. Require vision to read the small print, mobility of arms to reach, and hands' dexterity to grasp and manipulate small objects. May be required to use personal vehicle in employment, attend periodic evening meetings, or travel within and out of City boundaries to attend meetings.
