Performs clerical and manual work involving ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies and/or equipment for the Utilities Division in a cost effective, time efficient manner. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude.

High school diploma or GED; supplemented by one or more years’ experience in stockroom, purchasing and/or inventory control; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. 

Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment.

In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
