The full salary range is: $43,285-$77,458. The expected hiring range is $43,285-$56,954 depending on qualifications, with an excellent benefits package. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals, with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and passion for making a difference in Greensboro.Brief Description of Work: The Lakes Maintenance Supervisor's responsibilities will include the preservation, protection, operation, and maintenance of all three City Lake facilities, grounds, and equipment including power boats, and other boating equipment. Other tasks will include managing natural resources, supervising part-time staff, ensuring security and safety, and providing exceptional customer service and public relations. Data entry through a work order system for daily activities and Bi-weekly inspections.The Lake Maintenance Supervisor position might be for you if: You possess a strong knowledge of current maintenance practices, landscaping, facility maintenance, and equipment operation.You possess exceptional communication skills to ensure the highest level of customer service.You strive to implement solid daily operational practices that ensure public safety while enforcing departmental rules and regulations.You are innovative and have experience collaborating with a variety of diverse partner agencies and associations for service delivery.This position is service-critical and must be able to report to work in all weather conditions. The physical requirements of the job are standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, shoveling, and heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.This job is Non-Exempt under FLSA.
