Compensation and Benefits:
The Full Salary Range for this position is $72,529.00 - $120,881.00 Annually. The Hiring Range is $89,409.00-$117,656.00 Annually depending on qualifications, with an excellent benefits package. Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department, this position spearheads strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and aligning them with organizational goals. Responsibilities encompass the oversight of daily operations for the Business Operations Analytics team, including, but not limited to, managing data extraction, analysis, and integration across our ERP system (Infor Software) and other platforms, while supervising a team of 2 Business Operations Analysts. This role entails orchestrating end-to-end Business Operation projects, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing continuous improvement efforts. Moreover, the incumbent is tasked with collecting and analyzing data to foster operational transparency, designing and maintaining reports, driving change management initiatives, and nurturing team growth and development. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting data discrepancies, providing analytical support to functional business areas and senior leadership, and providing ad-hoc reporting upon request. Collaborating closely with fellow IT team members and external vendors, the individual will also contribute to strategic insights to refine and streamline business processes, and effectively communicate technical solutions to meet client needs.
