Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm (20 hours a weeks)
The Administrative Support II position will primarily work with the Engineering Division staff for administrative permitting support, data management of permits and assistance with other administrative tasks within the Engineering Division of Water Resources. The selected applicant should have good computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Excel, Word,and Outlook. The position will be reading blueprints and should be able to communicate effectively and often with team members. This position may also work on special projects and reports for the Engineering Division. The selected applicant is expected to function at a high level for administrative projects assigned, complete tasks independently and exhibit excellent customer service skills.This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
