Hiring Salary Range: $46,000 - $50,000 Full Salary Range: $43,285 - $77,458 Annually
This is a grant-funded position.
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday;8am-5pm with some evenings and weekends
Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
The ConnectEd Program Coordinator is a time-limited, key position within the Workforce Development Department, responsible for coordinating activities under the ConnectEd Grant through March 2026 The position will implement program services aimed to remove barriers to employment, facilitate access to business development training, and provide strengths-based case management, coaching, and mentoring to help those in marginalized neighborhoods overcome barriers that have prevented them from finding and retaining meaningful employment, as well as other duties as assigned. This individual will report directly to the Special Projects and Quality Manager with indirect supervision by the Assistant Director.
The job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
