The purpose of this position is to assist the Special Events team with planning and coordinating rentals at Venue 1842 and assist with the City’s special events and festivals. This position will assist with coordinating facility rentals, vendors, contractors, and musicians, work crews, content on event websites, employing industry best practices, utilizing excellent customer service skills, and facilitation of premier park programs. This position requires creativity, organization, teamwork, and initiative.
