The Spay and Neuter Clinic has been operating on behalf of the City of Eugene since 1979 and provides low cost spays, neuters, vaccinations and flea control products for cats and dogs. We believe that wellness care for dogs and cats should be available to every pet family regardless of their financial circumstances and our goal is to help your dog or cat stay healthy and happy by keeping costs as low as possible.
The successful Front Desk candidate will primarily be responsible for performing a variety of receptionist duties including phone and counter assistance, scheduling, typing and/or data entry, word processing, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and surgical facility, and performing clinic opening & closing duties.
This posting will be used to fill immediate needs as well as create a pool of qualified applicants to be contacted for availability as needs arise.
DUTIES: This position will perform a variety of routine receptionist duties that may include phone and counter assistance, typing and/or data entry, word processing, filing, copying, collating, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and surgical facility, and performing clinic opening & closing duties.

DUTIES: The Animal Assistant will primarily be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks to support the veterinarians and the certified veterinary technicians in caring for animals brought to the clinic.
