De Pere Youth Dance Program offers a variety of dance classes such as tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary for youth ages 3-14. Classes consist of 2 types of dance genres listed.
Qualified candidates must have a dance background and the ability to relate and work with children and interact with adults. Youth Dance Assistant Instructors should have knowledge of choreography development, music selection, and experience with dance rehearsals and recitals.
Assistant Instructors will support Head Dance Instructors in teaching youth dance classes for children ages 3 & up. Three classes are offered per evening with two routines taught to each class. All participants perform at the season-ending recital.
Work Schedule
Dance Season: late September – mid-March
**3 classes per evening** (Instructors may choose 1 or more evenings based on availability)
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, 4:30-7:30pm
Classes held at De Pere High School, 1700 Chicago St, and at the De Pere Community Center, 600 Grant St., De Pere, WI 54115
