Job Summary
This is responsible administrative work in handling the day-to-day operations of the Department of Administration. The Department of Administration consists of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, budget preparation, financials, grants management, payroll, purchasing, customer service, digital imaging, property tax management, investments, and Conyers Security Alert.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Completion of a standard high school diploma, GED or equivalent from a regionally or nationally accredited school.
Licenses(s): Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
Experience: Two (2) or more years' experience in an office environment, some of which involves customer service and/or public contact.
Some bookkeeping/accounting experience and/or knowledge a plus.
