The City of Commerce City is excited to announce, that our Community Well-Being division is growing. We are seeking a Housing Navigator with experience in program administration duties related to providing supportive services for clients who are experiencing homelessness or at risk. With such a diverse community, the Housing Navigator must be comfortable assisting and providing support to those in poverty and/or those experiencing housing insecurities. The Housing Navigator will also provide stabilization services to Community Well-Being clients and residents of Commerce City by establishing connections with housing providers, including private landlords, public housing agencies, and local authorities. This position will serve as the liaison to those who are experiencing housing insecurity and demonstrating multiple barriers to achieving and maintaining stable housing.Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.The hiring range for this position is $56,640.31 - $70,800.39 / annually We care about our employees and offer a generous benefits package: Health & wellness benefits, 6% retirement contribution match and 2% 457 Deferred Compensation match, general leave, work/life balance, and more.
