We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Associate to join our team at our Eagle Pointe Recreation Center. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our Recreation Coordinator – Facilities or Recreation Supervisor – Facilities to provide exceptional service to all guests visiting our facility.As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Front Desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, greeting guests, and providing accurate information about our services and programs. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.To be successful in this role, you must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be accountable, flexible, and adept at conflict resolution. You should also have experience operating Windows PC and computerized cash registers. These vacancies are open until filled and will close without notice. We will review applications every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
