Administrative Manager Parks Maintenance
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under administrative direction, is responsible for planning, managing, developing work rules, training, coordinating, and administering all activities and personnel of such staff positions as administration, citizen participation, research, and finance, and manages such personnel as are assigned to specific functions in the performance of the necessary duties. Performs other job-related duties as required.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
The Administrative Manager of Park Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Park Maintenance and operations, including mowing operations ,trash removal, landscaping, snow plowing, special event equipment coordination and staff management. This role requires a strong understanding of maintaining various sports fields including baseball, softball, soccer and football fields. The Administration Manager will also act as a managing assistant to the Manager of Park Maintenance and will supervise both full-time and seasonal staff, including Unit Leaders. This position involves collaborating with other divisions and departments. Additionally, the Administrative Manager will be responsible for compiling and submitting weekly/biweekly reports and other related duties as required.
