The FT Young Adult Librarian (Crozet) provides circulation, readers advisory and reference services to patrons of all ages, oversees serials maintenance and Inter-Library loans, publicizes and conducts programs for young adults, supervises teen volunteers, maintains and evaluates the Young Adult Collection, and promotes young adult services to the community.
May also be expected to work at a public service desk providing reference and information assistance; may be called upon to occasionally serve as acting department/assistant branch manager.
The preferred hiring range for this position is between $41,662.40 to $54,163.20 Annually. Starting offer is based on applicable education, experience, and internal equity. This is a full-time, exempt, position.
