Prepares, cooks, and presents a variety of foods for members and guests, parties, and catered events at Warm Springs or Quail Hollow golf courses.

This position is designated as At-Will.Prepares meals to order using commercial kitchen equipment. Prepares inventory and ordering to ensure kitchen is adequately stocked and expenses are properly managed. Develops new food and presentation ideas. (40%)
Ensures the highest quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation and that all food safety regulations are followed. (20%)
Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times and helps ensure the safety of fellow employees. (20%)
Uses positive customer service skills to interact with clients and provide a high quality dining experience. (10%)

One year of experience as a cook.
Working knowledge of broiler, flat grill, fryer, convection oven, six burner stove, meat slicer and all cooking utensils.
