SFC protects over 3.5 million workers per year in over 120,000 workplaces from slip and fall accidents. Position Summary: Support the Mission, Vision, and Culture by analyzing and coordinating logistical functions for Shoes For Crews. The position should have hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations management, small parcels (UPS/FedEx) as well as inbound ocean freight analytics to drive data driven decisions in the Supply Chain.
Many distribution functions are executed by 3rd parties, this position must be able to manage and evaluate the vendors performance by constructing and maintaining metrics that reflect performance. The position must also function as an intermediary between our internal departments to our 3rd party vendors to accomplish tactical improvement projects. The candidate should be a hands-on executor that can successfully coordinate with people with different value sets and viewpoints.
