Salary: $35 - $65 per hour for personal training sessions.
- Evaluate and assess clients’ goals, health history, and fitness levels.
- Create personalized workout plans aligned with clients’ objectives and limitations.
- Lead training sessions, motivating and instructing clients on proper exercise techniques and form to maximize results.
- Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting workout plans as needed to ensure goal accomplishment.
- Offer continuous support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance professional knowledge.
- Must possess current CPR/AED certification.
- Must possess a current nationally recognized personal training certification
- Must possess current liability insurance
- Prior experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule desired, as clients availability may vary
