COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR (PBB DIVSION)
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for supporting the coordination, preparation and submission of documents for onboarding new vendors to the Vendor Management Office. In addition will support the submission, tracking and documentation process for charitable contributions working closely with Community Lending, MADE and the CRA team for validation. In addition will maintain procedural documents and provide analytical reporting.

What you will do
- Manage the onboarding process coordinating with the vendor management office
- Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees
- Establish good partnership with vendor risk owners and coordinate closely with the vendor risk assessment team to ensure proper engagement and governance is being followed during the onboarding, due diligence phase of vendor management
- Play a role in VMO brainstorming sessions cross-functionally to provide better efficiency through automation of existing and manual processes.
- Maintain proper information/documentation and records related to the vendors for both internal and external audits.
- Assist with the development and communication of vendor management standards, processes, and procedures in alignment with VMO policy and goals.
- Support, track and report on vendor management milestones, activities, and all incoming requests for vendor related assistance
- Provide guidance to colleagues on the charitable contributions request processes
- Coordinating with Community Lending, MADE and CRA to manage the process for submitting and tracking requests for charitable contributions.
- Work with internal partners and various reports to evaluate and determine ROIs broadly and at specific charitable levels
- Routine reporting to PBB leadership on key metrics
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in third party engagement/vendor management experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or related experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong project management skills (organizing, planning, reporting, documenting, driving tasks to closure, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, working with data and drawing conclusions
- Seasoned problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create influential documents, presentations and group or team facilitation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
Compensation
Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
