Position Summary
Prepares patients to see physician, facilitates lab tests and other physician orders as needed. Assists the Clinical Director with clinical duties and procedures as directed. Assists front office with checking in and checking out patients. Collects Co- payments and Verify insurance. Complete all physician orders, schedule all test and diagnostic studies ordered. Obtain authorizations as needed and link authorizations to visits, tests or procedures. Verify any changes to patient demographics, update insurances at each visit.
