Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in meat cutting and food preparation. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling various types of meat products.

Responsibilities:

- Use knives and other cutting equipment to portion and prepare meat products
- Trim excess fat, cut bones, and prepare meats according to specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and storage
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to use various cutting tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and precision in meat cutting techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
