Citrus Smiles is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (FT) Near Murphy, TX

Who Are We Looking For?
  •  Citrus Smiles is excited to be opening a new state-of-the-art dental office that is focused on providing world-class customer service. We believe our Dental Assistants are the heartbeat of the practice helping with day-to-day operations. Seeking a candidate who would love to grow professionally with the office. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Dentist during treatment procedures and communicate with patients, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate radiographs – Digital X-rays!
  • Promptly set up treatment operatories and maintain overall cleanliness.
  • Sterilize, maintain, and carefully handle instruments, equipment, and operatories providing a clean and professional environment (adhering to OSHA and safety policies)
  • Organize and maintain communication with laboratories regarding patient lab work.
  • Provide patients with pre-and post-op care instructions.
  • Assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans.
  • Various front office tasks, if required.
  • Experience with a wide variety of procedures including dentures, surgical extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, etc.
  • Experience with sedation and implant dentistry would be a big plus, but not required. 
Minimum requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills and a Positive Attitude.
  • Professionally oriented, multi-tasker, and a team player.
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required).
  • Registered Dental Assistant (Certification Required).
  • Cross-trained for front office and back (strongly considered).
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Alternate Saturdays.
Supplemental Pay:
  • Quarterly bonus pay based on performance.
  • Dental benefits (in-office).
Work Location
  • One location.
