Established Company in Citrus County is looking for an experienced accounting bookkeeper ready for a long-term career. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and capable of working in a collaborative environment with the accounting team. The candidate must also be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage Timberline, and TOPS ONE (NOW ENUMERATE CENTRAL). Construction experience is a plus.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Posting bills, invoices, receipts, and payments using Sage Timberline and Enumerate Central (previously TOPS ONE)
• Reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and all supporting documents
• General ledger
• Experience with Accounts Receivable
• Manage monthly accounting close
• Adeptness in Job Cost

Bookkeeper Requirements:

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
• Must be accurate and pay precise attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Should have a strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
• Minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping experience
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must be highly organized and driven
• Must be proficient in Enumerate Central (previously TOPS ONE)
• Sage Timberline or other Construction Software
• Construction experience or Property Accounting experience A MUST HAVE

Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County.
