Who You’ll Work With :

• Work customer Credit Card requests submitted by internal departments (i.e., Contact Center, Collections, Branches, Delivery Solutions) to resolve customer (and third party) issues through multiple systems such as TSYS, Salesforce, Check Image, and many others.
• You will be working with leaders / colleagues to identify and implement best practices to improve productivity and deliver outstanding service to our customers

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Deposit and Credit Card Products
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on competing priorities

Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree Required
• Associates Degree Preferred
• Macro Skills are a plus
