Description

The Compensation Analyst will analyze data that will inform future decisions regarding the design and implementation of incentive programs to suit the businesses’ needs. The successful candidate will not only have strong technical skills, but also the ability to summarize difficult-to-understand data effectively to aid efficient decision-making by management. This role reports into a small team with a great working relationships, the structure of which allows for exposure to senior management.
