Job Description

Join our dynamic, remote team as a Business Analyst where you can serve our federal client. You will perform data analysis and help gather requirements for a data architecture and security project.

Position Duties:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to data architecture and data security.
• Conducting thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data structures.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops, using various techniques to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and unambiguous.
• Creating detailed business requirements documentation and assist with the writing of technical specifications.
• Working closely with the technical team members to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes, including training and support for end-users.

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting data and security focused projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills which allow you to effectively work with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Solid understanding of data architecture and data security concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skillset:

• Experience working with the Federal Government.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience working with Agile Teams utilizing Scrum.

Education:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical field of study

Clearance Requirement:

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
