The Treasury CAO Business Execution Manager position is accountable for the creation and delivery of a strategy for engaging and managing Citi Treasury stakeholders, with a particular focus on Consent Order remediation. Stakeholders include Citi’s Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, Board subcommittees and other key Treasury executive committees including the Asset and Liability Committee and Capital Committee. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for managing Treasury components of the Consent Order ACT (Accountability, Culture & Talent) and MBI ) Management of Board Interactions) workstreams. The position is accountable the Citigroup Treasurer, and will partner with Treasury Heads to understand and prepare internal bank-wide communications. In this capacity, the position will require significant experience managing Board-level deliverables to ensure messaging is clear and concise with appropriate escalations to executive-level stakeholders.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
