Responsibilities:

• Provides architectural vision for all IT systems, including those that support mainframe, Internet and intranet applications, ensuring that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.

• Experience with IBM z/OS, CICS, VSAM, COBOL, HLASM, Z/OS Connect EE services.

• Nice to have: Browser and Mobile application technologies: iOS, Android, Java, Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, Javascript, Bootstrap, Angular, React.

• Nice to have experience: Understanding of, and ideally experience with, cloud hosting providers: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Open Shift and containerization technologies Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience in distributed & middleware technologies

• Integration middleware technologies: zOS Connect, Solace, Kafka, and message protocols/formats such as JMS, SOAP, JSON, XML.

• Interfaces across several channels, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining direction for future projects.

• Expert level knowledge of J2EE architecture, patterns, and Java frameworks
