Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Management Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Develop business and functional requirements for Point of Sale (POS) lending program integrations with partners, and ensure requirement needs are well understood, defined, and incorporated into integration plans. Define product strategy roadmap for all phases including feasibility, approval, solution sizing and prioritization, and manage technical implementations, updates, enhancements, and program changes. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the design and build out of customer features and functionality, as well as influence design of critical customer communications. Responsible for timely delivery and performance of platforms, products, and services. As subject matter expert, serve as the central point of contact for product design and operational related issues and resolutions. Define scope of solution process, isolate key issues, review, and obtain solutions approval. Track performance metrics for partner implementations and perform data analysis to build out reporting dashboards. Conduct statistical and root cause analysis using data mining techniques to measure the impact of proposed modifications, and identify significant differences in relationships among various data sources. Oversee data compliance and risk management, ensure data feeds are free of PII, and implement masking logic to safeguard all sensitive data. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Analytics, Operations Research, Engineering (any), or related field and 3 years of experience as a Data Analytics Senior Analyst, Business Analytics Senior Analyst, or related position involving data analytics for a financial services institution. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Ensuring data compliance and risk management by leveraging understanding of financial engineering; Performance tracking and analysis utilizing Adobe Analytics and Tableau, and prioritize optimal initiatives based on insights; Root cause analysis using data mining techniques; Defining product strategy roadmap and translating business/customer requirements into technical specifications using knowledge of applied consulting including SWOT Matrix and Decision Tree Analysis; Project management concepts Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; Computer programming principles that include System Design and API Design; and Python and Java programming languages.
