Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the company's facilities and equipment to include general building care, recycle, snow removal, yard care, etc. Lite mechanical duties general electrical knowledge preferred, filter changes, scissor lift operation, floor scrubber operation, maintenance, and service. General carpentry, painting, sheetrock, staining, adjusting doors, setup work areas. General facility upkeep to current standards and assist with our internal customers for event setup & teardown. Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean, orderly, and presentable. Wears proper protective equipment during appropriate job functions. Complies with all paperwork that governs job duties, work orders & PM’s. May be assigned to different work areas as needed internal & external of the building. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor, or appropriate designee.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED; 2 years related experience or training.
Language Skills
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions and documents. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, leads, and supervisors of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to measure with high degree of accuracy within small tolerances.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to deal with problems and interpret a variety of instructions using independent judgment.
Computer Skills
Computer experience necessary for work order system.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Driver's license required.
Other Qualifications
Attention to detail required. Must be an excellent team player.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and could at times require hearing protection.
