These values shape our everyday actions and guide us in achieving our mission and serving our clients effectively. Job DescriptionPosition Overview:Are you an experienced Assistant Community Manager looking for an opportunity to advance your career?If you are self-motivated, proactive individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the desired results, we have the perfect job for you!We are looking for a hardworking Assistant Community Manager to oversee and inspect maintenance of our facilities.If you possess the powerful positive drive and commitment to maintain strong process control and behavioral discipline, we would love to have you on our team!Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.Oversees property staff.Conducts periodic apartment inspections.Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.Approves invoices for payments.Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.Effectively manages maintenance technicians.Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.QualificationsQualifications:Minimum of (1) year of property management experienceMust have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to organize and problem-solveStrong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.Additional InformationPay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 (Hourly)Property: (Salt Aire Apartments - 131Units (Torrance, CA)The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
