Ciro A. Spina, III, Esq. is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Bloomfield, NJ

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in various areas of law. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings as needed
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association for at least 1 year
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience with legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in negotiating settlements and agreements
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette
