Cirkul offers its customers 100 unique flavors, all with no sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors, and a range of functional enhancements online, at Walmart, and other retailers across the United States. Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.
What is this role?
As a Continuous Improvement Manager for Cirkul, you will develop strategies and tactics to manage cost savings projects, new product and process introductions, automation opportunities and other manufacturing improvement plans. You will work cross functionally with Finance, IT, Engineering, and various manufacturing departments.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results: Develop and track KPIs to ensure systems align with business objectives and goals.
Taking Ownership: Ensure accurate documentation of successes and failures.
Making Decisions: Supply feedback to design/implementation of initiatives.
Cultivating Relationships: Work cross functionally with finance, IT, engineering and manufacturing departments to develop improvement plans.
Instilling Trust: Audit and coach on implementation and execution of manufacturing excellence systems.
Customer Focus: Develop, execute, and improve manufacturing excellence systems.
What background should you have?
  • Relevant 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to take high level direction and turn it into executable tasks.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and adapt to change.
  • Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
  • Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
