Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced exterior sales person to join our team.
Duties:
-Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients
-Conduct thorough exterior inspections of roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and storm damage
-Sell products and services, while representing our brand at the highest level
-Provide accurate estimates for projects
-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
-Give presentations during an in-home Sales Appointment
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexible work hours
-Basic math skills
-Previous sales experience preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk on a 2 story roof
-Ability to think on your feet
-Ability to be on time and manage time in a professional manner
-Ability to self-start and keep organized notes and documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
