Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members
- Communicate effectively and persuasively to inform individuals about our organization's mission and goals
- Provide information on upcoming events, campaigns, or initiatives
- Collect data and feedback from community members
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse communities
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for effective canvassing
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Sales or negotiation experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection professionally
