POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

The Document Control Analyst will process and file Quality Assurance (QA) related documentation in Defense for completed products to maintain quality and reliability of the system by performing the following duties.

Principal Activities

• Handle, process, interpret, evaluate and file Quality documentation and confers with management or QA and Inspection staff to determine status and required actions.
• Coordinate with QA Techs to processes all documentation related to completed job through the Supplier documentation website for closures of orders.
• Communicate with Supplier Reps to request documentation and amended certifications.
• File current purchase order, certifications and arrival reports. File archived purchase orders, customer orders and other related documentation required to be maintained to meet records retention requirements.
• Maintain Quality Process Document library
