Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for an RN Case Manager to join our Rosebud team.

Qualified applicants need a valid SD Registered Nurse license and interest in visiting patients in their homes in the Rosebud area. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
