Our paid internship is designed to give you the authentic experience of working in an agency. You’ll be an active team member within our core practice groups – corporate communications, consumer, healthcare and digital – as well as specialty practices for internal communications and employee engagement.

You may be asked to dig deep into what people are saying online, use data to quantify and project a trend, communicate with the media or sit in on a client brainstorm.

Requirements:

• You must be a recent college graduate.
• You must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET with some flexibility as needed
• This is a hybrid internship and there will be an expectation to be in the New York office at least once a week.

By the conclusion of your internship, Golin expects Strategy interns to demonstrate capability of the following:

• Basic collection and analysis skills using primary, secondary, and client data
• Understand quantitative, qualitative research impact
• Clear and effective internal communication
• Strong, quality production
• Self-starting skill refinement
• Basic ways of work within a billable-hours environment
• Understanding how your time impacts budgets and revenue

• Understanding utilization target and why it matters

 Salary range: $20/hour
