Sesame Workshop is looking for a Technology and Archive Graduate Intern. Working remotely and reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Assets & Collections, the Technology and Archive intern will work closely with Marketing Operations and Archives assisting broadly across several platforms including DAMs, Project Management Tools, and Network Servers to help ensure long-term viability, access, and preservation of Sesame Workshop assets.
Expected duties include detail-oriented assessment and description of archival photography; metadata tagging and cataloging of visual assets in Sesame Workshop’s Digital Asset Management System; participation in departmental meetings; and asset coordination for pertinent archival requests.
The internship is especially suited toward those in a graduate program that are planning on pursuing a Master’s in Library and Information Science. Internship is held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Hours are flexible based on student availability.
