Job Responsibilities:
Extend a warm and friendly welcome to guests and assist with seating.
Provide detailed information about our authentic Italian dishes and present menus with enthusiasm.
Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
Handle cash and electronic transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Qualifications:
While prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multitask.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Must be able to stand, walk, and handle trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus.
