The Baker at our company will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of freshly-made cinnamon rolls and other baked delicacies and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer training to help develop our employees' talents and abilities. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocol.
