Cinfed is searching for a Mortgage Escrow/Title Processor Ibased in Cincinnati, OH at our Oakley Headquarters.

POSITION PURPOSE:

This position will assist the Mortgage Lending Department and members with the servicing of mortgages through all phases of the mortgage loan process. Providing professional, courteous, and timely member service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Responsible for examining documents on collateral to ensure proper lien position, tax status, and evidence of insurance.
Preparing documents to record mortgage principal, interest, and escrow account payments.
Performing quality control on all mortgage loans. Retrieving files from custodian for FHLB loans as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

A high school education or GED.
Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions and conventional lending.
Knowledge of mortgage related requirements, procedures, and escrow and title criteria.
Ability to collect and analyze data.
