Responsibilities : ESSENTIAL :

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers and service coordinator
• Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service calls for customers
• Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
• Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
• Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability
• Adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer

Education and Experience : REQUIRED :

• Three or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting
• Two or more years troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems
• Associates / technical degree, or comparable years of related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc. REQUIRED :

• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Able to travel overnight at least 75%, at times with little prior notice
• Strong diagnostic and technical aptitude, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principles
• Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Strong PC and organizational skills
