The pay is base pay plus commission. Starting pay is a combination of a weekly salary plus commission on all sales. Our current two Sales Consultants, who have been with us for years, typically gross more than $100k per year each!

WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• 3 years of sales experience
• A valid driver's license
• Computer Knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel)
• Excellent customer communication skills

Roofing experience is a plus. College experience is also preferred.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Get ready to roll up your sleeves with a full-time gig from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're all about putting in the effort, but we're also flexible – we'll work around earlier mornings, later evenings, and even a Saturday shift when needed.
