What’s a typical day as a CNC Machinist ? You’ll be:
• Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders to machine parts to specifications.
• Inspecting parts for quality and fine-tuning to ensure consistent part quality.
• Programming and setting up machines to produce first article parts.
• Performing basic preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime.
• Troubleshooting and solving machining problems.
• Producing work daily that is consistently accurate.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a CNC Machinist role.
• Can read router packets, understand and follow instructions.
