Recess Aide at Founders' Campus

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Start Date: August 2024

Schedule: M, W, F 10:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m., Following the school schedule

Reports To: Upper Elementary Grades 4-6 Principal

Job Summary: Supervise students (along with a teacher), Grades 4-6, during three lunch periods and proactively manage them to ensure a safe and positive experience each day.

Job Qualifications:

• Enjoy working with students in grades 4-6
• Willing to immediately address issues that arise on the playground in a Christ-honoring and nurturing manner
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-denominational Christian environment
