Purpose: As a Food Runner at March First Brands, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of service and the timely delivery of culinary delights to our guests. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, presenting them with care and attention to detail. With a keen eye for organization and a sense of urgency, you'll work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate orders and maintain the rhythm of service. Your contribution ensures that guests experience the freshest flavors of our restaurant's offerings while enjoying the unique ambiance of our craft distillery.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders, communicating any special requests or modifications from guests.
• Efficiently transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, presenting them with care and attention to detail to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Coordinate with servers to match food orders with the appropriate table and ensure that each guest receives their meal promptly and accurately.
• Complete all required checklists diligently, including inventory reconciliation, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures, to uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Physical fitness and stamina to navigate stairs between the kitchen and dining room while carrying trays of food, ensuring efficient and safe delivery.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately match food orders with the corresponding tables, minimizing errors and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen and serving staff, facilitating smooth operations and timely delivery of meals to guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
