LVN Charge Nurse
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse or LVN passionate about long term care and looking for a progressive career in healthcare? Do you want to work with a leader in the rehabilitation arena, specializing in long term care? As a Charge Nurse you will assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of nursing care. In this role, you will be involved in hiring, orientation and monitoring the nursing staff and training them to do their best while working closely with doctors, administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation of treatment.
