Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial!
- Manage and distribute AR aging reports.
- Process all payments.
- Work with customers and sales to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Create weekly AP check runs for all locations.
- Set and process bi-weekly payroll.
- Enter monthly journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts monthly.
- Prepare and file sales and use taxes.
- Must comply with all company policies.
- Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting procedures.
- Must be attentive to detail and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Computer knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload.
- Commitment to company values.
